I participated in my first swap with Spindlers. Actually it was the first swap I've ever participated in. What fun! The goal was to put together a gift box for another Spindler that included items that were spinning related, yet reminded us of Spring. For Vikky, I decorated the outside of the box and put some grass green fiber in the bottom. Into the box went a stuffed lamb, a Burt's Bees hand repair kit, some Burt's Bees lotion, a Nostepinde for winding center pull balls of yarn, and of course....the chocolate! The whole box was placed in a plastic bag and tied off with some handspun cheingora. Vikky said she was delighted with it! I was thrilled as I was so very worried that she wouldn't!
